Charter members of the Ellis County Rural Heritage Farm Inc are those who joined in 2017 and 2018 and provided the support necessary to open the Farm to the public for the first time on October 1, 2017 for Rural Heritage Day and then again on April 29, 2018 for the first Wildflower and Nature Walk. This plaque is proudly displayed inside the McKinney-Aday farm house.
