With the help of property attorney Kathryn Tancig and the Texas Land Conservancy the Board of Directors developed a conservation easement on the Farm so that the property will remain open space and farmland in perpetuity. The easement has been filed in the Ellis County Deed Records, so the Farm is officially protected for the future.
