The Farm was pleased to host the staff of the Denton County Office of History & Culture (Kim Cupit, Kelsey Jistel, Megan Joblin, Matthew Long, Peggy Riddle, & Roslyn Shelton) and Chair of the Denton County Historical Commission Melody Kohout at the Farm on Monday, June 30, 2025. The Denton County historical group will be receiving a donation of historic farm property and was interested in talking with the Board of Directors of the Ellis County Rural Heritage Farm Inc regarding their experience with establishing and developing programs for the Farm. We wish the Denton group much success with this new initiative and look forward to future collaborations.
